New construction of two multi-family residential buildings with 44 apartments and underground parking garage
21483 Lauenburg an der ElbeTwo apartment buildings with a total of 44 condominiums and a shared underground parking garage are being built.
Buildings 1 and 2, which are identical in construction but mirror-inverted, will each have 22 apartments. These consist of a basement/underground garage, three full storeys and a staggered storey.
There are 13 parking spaces per building in the underground garage, 6 of which will be wheelchair-accessible. There are also 19 outdoor parking spaces in front of the buildings. The outdoor parking spaces are permanently allocated to apartments 1-9 and cost EUR 10,000.00 each. These costs are added to the purchase price of the apartment for apartments 1-9. For apartments 10-22, you are free to choose whether you wish to purchase an underground parking space. The price for an underground parking space is EUR 20,000.00 or EUR 25,000.00 (wheelchair accessible).
The apartments will be handed over ready for occupancy.

The apartments are fitted with underfloor heating, triple-glazed plastic windows, white interior doors and tiling with white paint. Kitchen connections and a washing machine connection are also available. The designer vinyl floor coverings and tiles are freely selectable within a certain budget. The bathroom will be fitted with a wash hand basin, a WC unit and a floor-level shower tray. Each apartment will have a loggia or a flat roof terrace. In addition, each apartment will be fitted with electrically operated external roller shutters. Each apartment will have a cellar room that can be used as additional storage space. There is also a communal bicycle room in the basement of each building.
Each floor is easily accessible by elevator. This is located in the immediate vicinity of the stairwell.

The town of Lauenburg/Elbe is a small town in the district of Herzogtum Lauenburg. It is the southernmost town in Schleswig-Holstein and is located around 40 km south-east of Hamburg on the River Elbe in the border triangle of Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The sixth largest town in terms of population (approx. 12,100 inhabitants), it is primarily known for its beautiful old town with its direct location on the Elbe.
The town of Lauenburg/Elbe is particularly popular with cyclists, hikers and those who want to enjoy a break by the water or in nature.
In the immediate vicinity of the residential complex is the town center with a bus station and a large selection of shopping facilities. You can reach Hamburg-Bergedorf quickly and easily with the direct Xpress bus X80, which runs every hour during the day. From the Bergedorf train station (HVV area) you have various onward connections by regional express, S-Bahn or bus.
Lauenburg/Elbe also has a train station on the Lübeck-Lüneburg line and is located in the HVV area. Büchen station is just 8 minutes away by train. Büchen serves as a hub for many other connections to Hamburg Central Station (less than 30 minutes), Rostock, Berlin and many more.
All infrastructure facilities, such as all types of schools, daycare centers, doctors, pharmacies, grocery stores and the like are located in the town and in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex. Lauenburg/Elbe also offers a wide range of cultural and leisure activities.
