We offer you top-renovated 2-room, 3-room and 4-room apartments in Görlitz Südstadt. The listed Wilhelminian-style buildings offer space for two to three apartments per floor.
The residential units we offer are very spacious, ranging in size from 55m² to 125m². The bright, friendly rooms are fitted with everything from PVC flooring to laminate, tiled or parquet flooring. Each has an integrated full bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, WC and a space for your washing machine. Most apartments have a balcony, usually facing the courtyard and in a quiet location. Depending on the building, a private cellar, a storage room in the stairwell or a laundry room (used by all tenants) round off the facilities. Görlitz - considered by many to be the most beautiful city in Germany - is now home to around 57,000 inhabitants. Together with Zgorzelec, the district to the east of the Neisse, Görlitz has been proclaimed a European City, underpinning cross-border cooperation. Situated in the border triangle, its proximity to its neighbors Poland and the Czech Republic is a prime example. But the Saxon state capital of Dresden is also just a stone's throw away via the A4 highway.
Südstadt is the second largest district of Görlitz after the city center. Around 10,000 inhabitants live here. Südstadt is surrounded by the railroad lines and the Görlitz railroad station to the north and east, the Weinberg to the south and the adjacent districts of Biesnitz & Rauschwalde to the west. Well-preserved and lovingly renovated Wilhelminian-style houses characterize the image of this district. The houses along the spacious streets, some of which have front gardens, still hint at the sophisticated flair of the Wilhelminian era. Rows of trees give many streets a particularly beautiful, green appearance. Parks and squares form small green oases and round off the appearance. The infrastructure is adapted to today's needs. Südstadt is home to kindergartens, primary and secondary schools and after-school care centers. Supermarkets for daily needs, doctors and pharmacies are all within walking distance. The overall picture also includes the zoo, the Neißebad swimming pool and various restaurants and hotels.
