This great old apartment is located in a beautiful apartment building in the middle of Bornheim. Berger Strasse is in the immediate vicinity and the public transport connections are excellent. A double door leads to the apartment on the 1st floor. The two living rooms, a WC and the kitchen lead off separately from the central hallway. The apartment is fully and modernly furnished. Everything is provided, from crockery and bed linen to a flat-screen TV. A final cleaning fee of €120 is payable on moving out. The apartment is ideally suited for a single person. The all-inclusive rent increases by €80 per month if a second person moves in. The minimum rental period should be 3 months.

Frankfurt Zoo, the ice rink, the Panoramabad swimming pool and Günthersburgpark are in the immediate vicinity. Public transport connections (U4, bus and streetcar) are right next door.
