We are renting a 3-room apartment on the top floor of a 5-family house in 14612 Falkensee near the Falkensee town hall as of March 1, 2025. Lake Falkenhagener See is in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes. There is a bus stop on line 337 right outside the front door, which connects Falkensee station with Spandau town hall. Shopping facilities and the bakery are within walking distance.
On the approx. 1000 m2 plot behind the apartment building there is a rented detached house and divided gardens separated by hedges. A garden belongs to the apartment. A parking space on the lighted property can also be rented for 35 euros per month
Unfortunately, it is not possible to keep dogs due to an allergy of the landlord.
