It has been freshly renovated and modernized. You can enjoy moving in after thermal insulation, new triple-glazed windows, a modernized bathroom and new furnishings. (The energy certificate dates from before the modernization!)
The large, modern room has a double bed, an armchair for relaxing, a workstation, various storage options and a closet. The kitchen, which is accessed via the small hallway with storage space for suitcases and other items, offers the necessary comfort for a small household and is fully equipped. The bathroom with heated towel rail has a modern design, as has the kitchen. The communal areas are clean and well maintained. The apartment has a cellar and there is a communal garden at the rear. Heating and gas can be provided at a flat rate depending on the rental period. Internet is available.
The minimum rental period is 6 months with a deposit of 3 months rent. A tenancy agreement can also be concluded for a longer period, initially for a limited period. However, it is possible to extend the lease.

The option to use the car in addition to public transport or bicycle is provided by the parking space behind the house, which can be rented additionally for 50 euros. This means that parking is not an issue. A rarity in Berlin!
The nearest S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations for public transportation are Rathaus Steglitz (S1 and U9), Südende (S25) and Attilastraße (S2). All these stations can be reached by bus in 5-10 minutes.
The apartment is particularly convenient for people studying or working at the FU Berlin, the Charité Campus Benjamin Franklin or in Potsdam.
