Cozy thatched house for rent

For rent is a cozy thatched-roof house for singles or couples without children directly on the dike with a view of the Oste.
The house has two floors.
On the first floor there is a spacious living and dining room, a kitchen including fitted kitchen and a small storage room, a guest WC and a slightly larger hallway in the entrance area.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the possibility of a work area. There is also a loggia with a view of the Oste.
As the house is on a shared property with the landlady, pets are unfortunately not allowed!
The house can also be used as a vacation home or weekend house for personal use. However, subletting is not permitted!
The house has a small terrace, a parking space and a garden shed.

The house is located directly on the dike to the Oste. It is a comfortable 10 minute walk to the village. Here you will find a small store, a restaurant and a snack bar.
