To the west of Hadern is Großhadern with its university hospital and a little further west Martinsried with its biotech center. To the south-east is Sendling with its up-and-coming start-up scene. It is only 300 meters from the apartment to Holzapfelkreuth subway station (U6). From here you can reach the city center (Sendlinger Tor and Marienplatz) and Großhadern without changing trains. By car, you can quickly reach the Lindau highway (A96), the Garmisch highway (A95) and the Mittlerer Ring. Buses run along Fürstenriederstrasse to the north towards Laim and to the south towards Sendling. A wide range of shops for daily needs, bakery, greengrocer's, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment. You can spend your free time in nature, for example in the nearby Westpark (former Federal Garden Show grounds).
