The terrace in front of the house faces the garden and is furnished with 2 chairs, a garden table and a lounger. The beautiful old garden invites you to relax with additional seating.
In the living room/bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a sitting area, a desk, a sideboard, a closet and a smart flat-screen TV.
In the front area with wardrobe/mirror is the entrance to the modern, brightly tiled shower room/WC.
The entire apartment has designer flooring with a wood look.
The kitchen has a fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, extractor hood and washer-dryer, as well as a seating area with bar stools.
A parking space on the property could be rented for €50.00, but is not necessary as there are plenty of parking spaces on the opposite side of the street.
This is an all-inclusive rental price INCLUDING expected increased electricity and heating costs and water!
The rising energy costs in view of the circumstances are already included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location: The apartment is located near the airport, but NOT in the flight lane....
Directly opposite is a bus stop (191), from which you are within 4 minutes at the subway station Niendorf Markt - line U2 and in about 15 minutes in the city / main station.
Supermarkets are nearby; at Tibarg /Niendorf there is a shopping center with various banks, supermarkets, drugstores, clothing stores, medical centers and weekly markets.
Two bakeries with snack bar and kiosk are directly in the nearest neighborhood.
