Charming, individual, modern and bright - this is your new temporary home in a villa from the 1920s. Here you live quietly, but are optimally connected in terms of transport.

The apartment is located in the attic (2nd floor) and extends over the entire floor. Dormer windows to all sides offer different views. On the cozy west loggia you can enjoy the sun even after work - and in summer you can sleep here.

Since we want you to really feel at home with us, we have furnished the apartment completely and with great attention to detail - so that we would also like to live in it ourselves. Design objects, new and antique furniture complement each other and give the apartment an individual style.

When you move in, you won't need more than a suitcase with your personal belongings, everything else is taken care of.

Suitable for a single person or a couple. Non-smoking apartment.
No pets, as the apartment should remain allergen-free.

The all-inclusive rent is 2,590 EUR. This includes all costs, such as heating, water, electricity, internet/telephone/TV, various fees, parking space, janitor, ...). However, if the German average consumption of heating/water/electricity is exceeded, these additional costs will be charged.

The deposit is 4,000 EUR (for a rental period up to four months 3,000 EUR), for the final cleaning 180 EUR will be charged. For a rental period of one year or more, an intermediate cleaning will take place every six months.

Heidelberg-Wieblingen is a former fishing and small farming village on the Altneckar. As a place to live, it is becoming increasingly popular with families as well as students and workers. Wieblingen is one of the most important school locations in Heidelberg and home to many important companies.

From here, you can quickly get anywhere: to Heidelberg's old town, to Neuenheimer Feld with its university campus and university clinics, to the Bahnstadt campus, to the main train station, or to take a walk along the Neckar River, which still has its old course here and is a nature reserve. But Mannheim can also be reached almost as quickly as Heidelberg's city center.

CONNECTION / MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION

By bus, train or bicycle you can reach the old town within 10 to 20 minutes. The Bike & Ride stop Wieblingen-Mitte is 450 meters away (RNV 5, 34er, Moonliner), another bus stop 470 meters (35er). One kilometer away is the Pfaffengrund/Wieblingen S-Bahn station with free Park & Ride parking. From here you can reach Mannheim main station within 15 minutes and Ludwigshafen-Mitte within 20 minutes. And within about 10 minutes by car you can reach Mannheim City Airport: from there you can fly to Berlin or Hamburg within about an hour.
