The student complex in Beethoven Park, with a total of 145 apartments, was completed on 15.09.16. According to a requirement of the City of Augsburg, only students and full-time students are permitted as tenants. The 1-room apartments are fully furnished with carpentry fittings.

An advance payment of € 20 for electricity is included in the ancillary costs. Furthermore, a Fritzbox with fast internet is included in the additional costs.
