Underfloor heating was installed on the ground floor, on which a fine Italian natural stone tile in various sizes was laid orthogonally. The wall from the kitchen into the living room was opened up with a large opening. The wallpaper was removed everywhere. The newly smoothed walls were painted white. The wooden staircase to the upper floor has been refurbished. There is a white shower room including WC on the first floor. In addition to the two bedrooms on the upper floor, which have laminate flooring, there is an additional WC and washbasin.
Two rooms on the first floor serve as storage rooms, as well as two attic rooms with standing height, totaling approx. 20 m², and a cellar measuring approx. 21 m².

The house has been fitted with new underfloor heating on the first floor using the old gas boiler. We have already mentioned the new floor tiles.
The elegant kitchen has white fronts with a black granite worktop. Particularly noteworthy is the kitchen unit with a large induction hob and an extractor hood that can be lowered into the worktop. The oven is also housed in the cooking island. Two people can sit at the end of the cooking island.
In addition to the large living/dining area, 2 of the 3 rooms can be used as bedrooms. The room in front of the shower room on the ground floor could be used as a dressing room or study.
Location
The house is located in the old part of the Baltic Sea spa Großenbrode, 2 km from the south beach. Großenbrode is a peninsula off Fehmarn, one of the areas with the least rainfall and most sunshine in Germany.
There are various opportunities for sports on the water and on land in the beautiful surroundings.
The nearest supermarket, train station, general practitioner, bakery, kindergarten and Großenbrode elementary school are all less than 1 km away. Secondary schools are on Fehmarn and in Heiligenhafen.
