Unique restaurant in Immenstadt Castle!

The castle, built in 1550, provides the setting for the restaurant's unique historical ambience. In 2012, historic-looking guest rooms were created on the first floor of the castle for the first time and a kitchen and the corresponding infrastructure were installed. A unique location was created with a lot of love. These areas are now available for lease again from 01.07.2025, as the current tenant is unable to continue the "Schlosswirtschaft" business for personal reasons.

The basic leased area amounts to approx. 420 m2 - of which approx. 300 m2 is guest space (restaurant, "Roter Salon" and entrance area). This basic area offers space for approx. 75 seats in 4 different historical themed rooms in the restaurant, approx. 40 separate seats in the "Red Salon" and 30 seats in the entrance area. The kitchen and the service area are equipped to a high standard and, like the furniture, are provided free of charge.

The castle also includes further event areas in the castle courtyard and on the event floor on the 2nd floor. The highlight here is the castle hall with adjoining catering kitchen, bar area and catering equipment for events for up to 220 people. These areas and the equipment are also available by arrangement and for a separate charge.

Our aim is to maintain and develop this exceptionally attractive venue in order to contribute to active city life in the center of Immenstadt. Surrounded by uniquely beautiful nature, which serves as a ski area for visitors and vacation guests in winter and as a cycling and hiking Eldorado in summer, the area offers a high quality of life.

Numerous public parking spaces and two multi-storey parking lots are available to guests in the surrounding area. Thanks to the excellent location of the restaurant directly on the town's market square, you can also expect walk-in customers.
