SPECIAL FEATURE:
We are looking for a new tenant who will become the main tenant of the apartment. Currently 3 rooms are sublet and 1 is vacant, these contracts will be taken over by the new tenant.
The new tenant must provide proof that he/she is able to pay the stated rent alone. Either through his own income or through a guarantor.
Regarding the deposit: The new tenant takes over an existing deposit of €2,500 which has been saved up over the years by the previous tenants in order to be able to refurbish the apartment when it is completely empty (painting work etc.). The new tenant will therefore ensure that he gets the rooms back in a reasonable condition when subletting. The apartment is in a well-kept condition and may of course be viewed.
PS: In the current constellation (experience from the last 5 years), the main tenant has his room almost for free, but is responsible for it!!!!
A good knowledge of German is a prerequisite for renting.
