The spacious 3-room apartment is located on the first floor (raised first floor) of a well-kept apartment building in the heart of St. Johannis. The apartment was extensively renovated in 2019 and is equipped with laminate flooring in the living area, the kitchen and bathroom floor is tiled. The gas central heating, which was renewed in 2021, supplies the entire apartment with heat using energy-saving technology, while the hot water supply in the bathroom and kitchen is provided by modern electric instantaneous water heaters.
The bathroom is tiled in light-colored floor-to-ceiling tiles and has a bathtub with integrated shower function, a towel radiator, washbasin with vanity unit, mirror cabinet and toilet.
All rooms are directly accessible from the hallway: living room, kitchen, bathroom/WC, children's room/office and bedroom. The apartment has a balcony facing the courtyard, accessible via the kitchen.
