We put a lot of effort into furnishing the apartment back then and chose high-quality, modern and stylish furnishings:
- Real wood oak floorboards as flooring
- Very high-quality brand kitchen from Schüller: super chic, pure white high-gloss lacquer, appliances renewed in the last 3 years. The kitchen must be taken over from the previous tenant, price agreement required.
- Extravagant bathroom (let yourself be surprised!) with large corner bathtub (washbasin and mirror cabinet can be taken over for a discount)
- South-facing balcony (9 m2)
- Practical, tiled utility room with washing machine connection and washbasin
- Guest WC
- Triple-glazed, floor-to-ceiling windows, electric shutters, video intercom system
- All rooms are barrier-free
Features of the apartment building:
- Cellar room: lockable, dry, approx. 11 m2
- 2 parking spaces under the house belong to the apartment: one in the non-locked underground garage, one outside the underground garage (rent of € 100 not included in rent, apartment rent without the parking spaces is not possible).
- Elevator
- Behind the house there are sufficient bicycle parking spaces and a cozy barbecue/playground, which all residents can use

The location is perfect:
- Streetcar stop can be reached on foot in 2 minutes
