It is a large, multi-storey detached house dating back to 1681 and is of course a listed building. The property is located in the Old and Hanseatic City of Lemgo, Brake district. Exterior walls with clay plaster throughout, 95% interior walls. Partial basement. Water pipes in plastic, electricity lines up to date, gas supply also, photovoltaic system possible in principle. As this is not a farmhouse but a former noble residence, you will find room heights of 2.70 m on both floors. The walls are plastered with clay and painted with chemical-free lime-casein paint. On the lower floor, some of the walls are only pre-painted in order to keep the degree of saturation of the walls low and to leave enough space for your individual wishes.
