We are looking for a quiet, friendly and honest, not so young and reliable single person, who loves cleanliness and order, as a nice tenant neighbor who also loves peace, honesty, nature and peace.
Due to the noise level of the apartment built in 1975 - which has of course been renovated and refurbished in recent years and has also undergone various cosmetic repairs - we are also very sensitive to noise, we only ask for inquiries from a prospective tenant - as a single person - who has no children and please no other attachment.
With regard to pets, we ask that this be clarified on a case-by-case basis, with reference to the fact that the apartment can only be accessed by stairs.
