The doors are made of FSC-certified wood. All living rooms have solid wood parquet flooring made from local oak that has been treated with oil. The stoneware tiles in the bathrooms come from Italy. The atrium is fitted with durable thermal pine.
The smooth-running external blinds provide protection from the sun and privacy.
The apartment comes with a parking space (EUR 30) and covered bicycle parking.
Location
The apartment is very quietly located in a very little frequented residential street in Happing - close to the Happinger soccer field and the Happinger elementary school. It is 4 km to the Happinger See and about the same distance to the A8. You can cycle to the city center of Rosenheim along the Mangfall cycle path (approx. 3km). The southern entrance to Rosenheim train station is just 2km away. The Happinger Viertel offers bakeries, stores, restaurants, doctors and a pharmacy.
