I am selling a total of 3 apartments in the house, which are all located one above the other and are virtually identical in terms of square meters and layout.
The renovation status of the three apartments is different and therefore also the price:
The apartment on the 1st floor still needs to be renovated, i.e. the floors need to be done and painted.
The apartment on the 3rd floor was completely renovated in 2017, i.e. mainly new electrical and water pipes, new floors, new kitchen, new bathroom and the windows were made.
