You enter the apartment and first find yourself in an anteroom where you can arrive and leave your clothes in a checkroom.
The apartment then opens up and to the left you see a spacious living room with a large window front that lets plenty of light into the apartment. Enjoy your south-facing balcony in good weather. Despite the central location, you won't notice anything from the street, as there are residential buildings all around.
Location
The village of Trelde lies in a valley between the B3 and the B75 and is therefore well connected to the A1 Hamburg-Bremen. Trelde is surrounded by the villages of Kakenstorf and Drestedt, as well as the Buchholz village of Sprötze. Buchholz is 4 km away.
Buchholz is located around 20 kilometers south of Hamburg and is part of the Hamburg metropolitan region. The transport connections are very good. Buchholz is on the Hamburg-Bremen railroad line, and a journey to Hamburg city center takes around 30 minutes. Several federal highways run in the vicinity of the small town and highways 1 and 7 are also close by. There are three bus routes within Buchholz, which run every half hour six days a week.
Buchholz has a very attractive pedestrian zone with small and large stores, boutiques and restaurants. There are plenty of cultural activities on offer, including a theater, cinema, art association, etc. The various sports clubs and, for example, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are ideal for active leisure activities. The sports on offer range from horse riding, golf, tennis, soccer and much more.
Kindergartens, day care centers, elementary school and secondary schools are available.
