Non-smokers desired, pets not allowed, permanent employment and impeccable credit report are prerequisites.
The minimum rental period is 3.5 years. Viewings can only be arranged by appointment if you are interested in a long-term tenancy.
Please understand that only self-paying tenants and no pets can move in. Another basic requirement for renting is a permanent job with a regular income and a clean SCHUFA credit report.
