Good day,
The apartment is a renovated old building (built in 1911) with correspondingly high ceilings. The apartment has a size of 105 m^2 and is located on the 2nd floor.
The flat share consists of 4 rooms, kitchen with pantry and a bathroom with separate toilet (bathrooms are freshly renovated). There is a wide hallway with a communal dining table.

The room can be rented furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk or unfurnished.

We all work, so we don't tend to have parties. We like to watch movies together and have dinner together. Anything goes, nothing is a must.

Miscellaneous
The flat share is equipped with everything you need (washing machine, fridge and freezer).

GEZ and W-Lan are already included in the rent. There are no further additional costs

The apartment is centrally located in Stuttgart East. It takes 1 minute to walk to Ostendplatz. Shopping facilities (Rewe, dm, Aldi etc.) can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. The Klingenbach park is about 100 meters away.
The U4 and U9 streetcar lines stop just a few meters away. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the city center (Charlottenplatz). There are many small stores and cafes/bars in the Ost district. There is also a swimming pool right next door.
