Room for rent in shared flat in Brauweiler

In beautiful Brauweiler, west of Cologne, a room is now available in our shared flat, which has been in existence for 7 years, and we are looking for a nice, open-minded new flatmate.

The terraced house, renovated 7 years ago, is located in a quiet residential street with a large, furnished living/dining area on the ground floor and a new kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There is also a terrace and garden with a small lawn. There is also a large cellar with washing machine, storage room and hobby room. The ground floor has an open kitchen and living area as well as a guest WC.
All stores are within walking distance, bakery, Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann, Rewe approx. 3-5 min walk. In addition, the bus line to Weiden-West station is within 5 minutes walking distance and you can reach Cologne city center in 20 minutes. There are good sports and leisure facilities, both in Brauweiler and in the neighboring fields, e.g. for jogging and mountain biking.

A room of approx. 12 m² is rented for sole use, it has a beautiful view of the nearby abbey park. All the facilities of the house described above can also be used.

About us: Franziska and Rebecca (28-31) are open-minded, sporty and adventurous. We are looking for a new flatmate who fits in with us. We are working and therefore not a typical student party flat share, but we are open for joint activities!
For professional reasons, our current 4-person constellation is changing and we are looking for a nice roommate.

Central but quiet location in a purely residential area (cul-de-sac).
