Our­ premises offer a beautiful and modern environment with excellent infrastructure. The coworking offer includes flexible individual workstations, small and medium-sized offices and meeting rooms as well as large conference and training rooms.

The spaces are generally divisible. They can be rented for a full day, half a day, by the hour or, after consultation, on a long-term basis. Available depending on occupancy and capacity utilization (the following prices are daily rates):

Individual workstations: approx. 3 sqm (18 €)
Offices: approx. 13 sqm (from 80 €)
Meeting rooms: 20 sqm - 30 sqm (from 100 €)
Seminar rooms: 85 sqm - 95 sqm (from 210 €)

Whether it's a classic office day or an upcoming long meeting, a complex seminar or a relaxed workshop - in our rooms you can concentrate fully on your work and we will take care of the rest. You will feel at home in the light-flooded rooms with state-of-the-art technology and individual on-site support.

Our open foyer with lounge area invites you to communicate! Get your working day off to a relaxed start with a hot coffee, treat yourself to a snack on our comfortable sofas during breaks or meet up with colleagues, customers or guests for a relaxed business meeting in our lounge.

The premises are ideally located in terms of transportation. They can be reached directly and easily by car via the A81 highway and the B33 federal highway as well as conveniently by bus to Villingen main station, followed by a short walk. There are 75 free parking spaces and a charging station for electric cars directly in front of the building.

Opposite the building, you can go for a walk along the Brigach river during your lunch break, do your shopping on foot in the immediate vicinity, from groceries to furniture stores and DIY stores, or settle down in a nearby hotel after work.
