Vor dem Moor 30a, 26160 Bad Zwischenahn – NiedersachsenBeautiful semi-detached house in a quiet development area in the Specken district of Bad Zwischenahn.
The house belonged to my great aunt and she planned the whole thing to be age-appropriate and equipped it to the latest energy standards. The first floor is even suitable for wheelchairs thanks to sliding doors, plenty of space and bathrooms without trip hazards.
For 2 years now, there has also been a PV system on the roof, the electricity from which can be obtained here. The house is heated by an underfloor heat pump. I would particularly like to rent the house to tenants who are looking for an apartment in old age.

The apartment is well equipped, has a great fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathrooms with bathtub and shower without threshold. The floor on the first floor is laminate, the large studio on the top floor has great parquet flooring. In addition to the bedroom and guest room, there is also a walk-in closet and a utility room with a water connection.
The highlight of the house is the large eat-in kitchen area with wood-burning stove. This warmth is more for comfort, as the super-insulated apartment is heated by a heat pump via underfloor heating. There are two radiators in the attic. The kitchen is absolutely top quality and is equipped with everything: dishwasher, modern induction hob, oven and fridge. The worktops are also the right height for wheelchair users. The apartment has an adjoining carport and shed. The garden is just the right size so that you don't have to do too much work, but can still enjoy nature and the sun. This works particularly well on the terrace under the half conservatory (open to one side). You can also sit there sheltered from the wind.
The apartment has also recently been fitted with a brand-new solar system on the entire roof area. Electricity can be obtained from this at favorable conditions. Only a small amount of electricity needs to be purchased from the grid. If an e-car enthusiast wanted to move in, I would install a wallbox straight away!
Location
The house is a 10-minute walk from the shopping street in the town center and the Bad Zwischenahner Meer.
The development area is equipped with various playgrounds for children, directly on the outskirts of the city, 100m from the green meadow and the moor.
Very well connected to the train station with train and bus connections to Oldenburg (20 min) and Leer (30 min). The highway is also nearby.
Oldenburg is 45 minutes away by bike.
You can reach the North Sea in an hour.
