Holzhackerstraße, 86764 Oberschleißheim – BayernOur apartment buildings are to be built in Oberschleißheim, more precisely in Holzhackerstraße. Construction is scheduled to start in spring 2025. A total of 2 buildings will be built, one at the front and one at the rear. Both buildings will be equipped with underground parking and an elevator. The two residential complexes will each have 3 residential floors.
The apartment shown is a sample apartment. Half of the roof terrace is included in the living space. Further apartments can also be purchased in the property.
We are a family-run construction company with 70 years of company history. We are based in Zahling, in the district of Aichach Friedberg, and currently employ around 30 people. Our services include the construction of turnkey single and multi-family homes. This means that we act as a general contractor.
We also act as property developers, as here in Oberschleißheim, and realize our own construction projects together with our own tradesmen and subcontractors. Our main catchment area extends from Munich to Augsburg, but also includes the districts of Landsberg am Lech and Aichach-Friedberg.
