The solidly built residential building is located in Ulmenstraße in 18273 Güstrow, in the second row, and was converted into a residential building in 2001.

You can quickly reach the A 20 highway via the "Kreuz Rostock" interchange. The state capital Schwerin is only 60 km away. The public transport connections in Güstrow are also well developed. The main railway station can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes.
