All fixtures and fittings in the house (incl. 2 fitted kitchens/living room kitchens, ground floor/upstairs) were selected at the time and made to measure by carpenters. Throughout the house, most of the windows are double-glazed incl. roller shutters (except for 2 nostalgic windows in the attic, which are worth preserving) and 2 Velux windows incl. integrated sun blinds have also been renewed in the attic.
There is a bathroom on each floor (ground floor, first floor, attic), plus a guest WC on the first floor.

The garden can be watered from the own well in the garden.

Mönchengladbach-Bettrath is located in the district of Mönchengladbach East. The twin town of Bettrath-Hoven was created by merging the towns of Bettrath in the east of the current district and Hoven in the west. To the east, the district borders on the districts of Neuwerk-Mitte and Flughafen, and to the south and southwest on Windberg and Eicken.
The A52, A61 and A44 highways are only a 5-10 minute drive away.
