Explanation of additional costs:

Information on heating costs:
Consumption in recent years has been approx. 550 m³ per year. There is a separate gas boiler for the apartment in the bathroom, so that consumption is billed directly to the supplier. According to current prices, you can expect to pay around €50 per month.

Electricity is also billed directly to the supplier according to consumption. Water according to consumption via ancillary costs (also with own meter).
