Stepless access from the house entrance to the apartment and there is an elevator directly to the janitor & laundry room.
The apartment was completely renovated and refurnished about 1 1/2 years ago.
What is not visible in the pictures: A TV was mounted on the wall above the desk, there is a wardrobe in the hallway and a washbasin with two drawers in the bathroom.
A janitor is on site and takes care of the complex, hallway service, snow service etc.

The apartment is rented furnished. The furniture and the pantry kitchen (incl. electrical appliances) are as good as new.
The window and the balcony door have shutters.
There is also a laundry room with 2 washing machines & 2 dryers. Coins for this can be purchased from the janitor on site
If required, the following additional services can be arranged:
- up to 2 parking spaces in the underground garage can be rented (50€ per parking space/per month) - there is a separate key for the underground garage, so that only tenants with a parking space have access to the underground garage

Location
The subway 35 to the university is directly behind the building and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes from the apartment.
The A40 & A43 can be reached by car in a few minutes, so the location of the apartment is very good for commuters.
Shopping facilities, city park, mining museum, Grummer Teiche, football stadium, planetarium etc. in the immediate vicinity.
The subway takes you 3-4 stops to the city center & main station
The subway goes directly to Ruhr University Bochum
