Ever thought about an office in a shared office? We are a small coworking space and offer various teams and companies the opportunity to use a separate, lockable office with us. Whether short or long-term: you enjoy full flexibility (notice period 60 days to the end of the month) and don't have to lift a finger - because everything is taken care of, from the Internet connection to the fully automatic coffee machine.
Our communal areas are comfortably furnished and can be shared by all users.

For coffee lovers, there's our coffee flat rate (included): Treat yourself to as much coffee, latte macchiato and other specialties as you like from our high-quality fully automatic coffee machine.

These are the costs:

With us you get an all-inclusive package. The price of an office is calculated according to the number of workstations used: This is €350 plus VAT/month per workstation. This includes the following services and additional costs:

-Heating
-electrici­ty
-Internet (W-Lan & partly LAN)
-Fees such as garbage, radio, etc.
-equipped with large desks, ergonomic chairs & monitors
-Cleaning
-Use of the business address on the Anger
-Use of common areas (large lounge/common room, kitchenette)
-Coffee and tea flat rate

The location on the Anger is excellent - the Anger as a streetcar junction is easy to reach from all parts of Erfurt, as every Erfurt streetcar stops virtually right outside the door. It is also just a short walk from the main station.
You will find all the facilities for your daily needs around the Anger. Right next door, for example, is the new 'Deli am Markt' - a great place to go for your daily lunch. The Rewe supermarket for quick errands is also right next door. So you won't lose much time in your day-to-day life and can concentrate fully on your work and after work!
