There is a large living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen with fitted kitchen (5 years old) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bathroom radiator. There is no balcony and no private garden! There is a private cellar compartment and a communal laundry room where you can store your own washing machine and dryer. The apartment is heated via the oil-fired central heating system, which was modernized in 2005. The apartment was renovated in 2023 and the electrics were also overhauled. Cars can be parked in front of the house.

The apartment is located in the Büßlingen district of Tengen. Büßlingen is characterized by its proximity to the Swiss border and is therefore also suitable for cross-border commuters, Schaffhausen and Thayngen are within easy reach. Büßlingen is also home to the St. Josef daycare center. The sports field with its beautiful playground is within walking distance. Büßlingen is also known for the tourist site "Roman Manor of Büßlingen". There is a bus stop about 120 meters from the apartment, from which you can either travel directly to Tengen or via Hilzingen directly to Singen. There is also a butcher and several restaurants in Büßlingen.
