Dreamlike energy saving house near the lake

Our house is located in a cul-de-sac with a large turning area for only 12 houses.

Behind our house there is an agricultural area that cannot be built on in the future, on which maize and wheat are planted.

If we want to go swimming (in summer), we can reach the bathing area in our Belau lake, which is maintained by the town of Belau, in less than 5 minutes on foot. But then you have hours of time to swim around in it.

When selecting our house, we paid particular attention to the high quality of the building materials and components, as well as the latest system technology. The result is a low-energy house in efficiency class A+! With the built-in heat pump and controlled ventilation system, even the scaremongering about rising heating costs can leave you completely cold.

The pictures show what it looks like in our house more impressively than a wordy description. At 27 square meters, our bath, sauna and fitness room is exceptionally large, where you can even watch TV while lying in the tub. At the end, you can enjoy 15 minutes of programmed kneading in the comfortable electric massage chair.

The 860 square meter property is easy to maintain with lawns and terraces. This gives you plenty of scope for your own garden design (or you can simply leave it as it is).

A commissioned PV system with 10 KW battery storage will be installed in the fall.

Belau is located, as the name suggests, on the Belauer See. The town of Wankendorf is only 5 km away, our shopping source for our daily bread and the like. To Neumünster you drive in western direction about 20 km, Kiel in the north and Bad Segeberg in the south are both 25 km away and can be reached quickly via the highway. Three members of our community even drive (each for himself) with his car to work to Hamburg (about 60 km). Oh yes, in the east lies in 20 km distance our beautiful, surrounded by several lakes, county seat Plön.
