For rent is a modernized apartment on the 1st floor of our two-family house in the second row (private road, dead end) in a quiet area of Lehre-Flechtorf which impresses among other things with a very spacious living and dining room and a large balcony facing south. The rest of the room layout also offers plenty of space. As landlords, we occupy the ground floor + basement of the ZFH.

Since 2018, the apartment has been continuously modernized, including renovation of bathrooms, floor coverings, windows, all room doors & apartment door. The apartment has approx. 118 sqm of living space and offers enough storage space in the attic on an additional 80 sqm of usable space, which is exclusively available to the tenant.

In addition, the apartment has a fitted kitchen as good as new, which is provided at no extra charge. Only a refrigerator is required, unless it is taken over by the current tenant.

If a car is available, it can be parked in the private parking lot at the house. An 11kW wallbox is available and can be used by arrangement (and for an additional charge). Possible use of the garden can also be discussed with the landlord during a viewing.
