Parquet flooring in the living rooms, new daylight bathroom, new separate WC, kitchen (the fitted kitchen can be taken over from the previous tenant for 2000€ on request), 2 balconies (one large covered south-facing balcony with unobstructable view), cellar room, garage in the house, shared use of stage, laundry room and garden. Fast internet is available up to 250 Mbit.

The apartment on the ground floor has been rented to a family for many years. There is also a 2-room apartment in the basement which is occasionally used by the landlord as a vacation apartment.
