You can book the duration of your stay with Maxim Apartments very flexibly after at least one month, on a monthly, weekly or daily basis. Rental surcharge for the 2nd person is €20 per day.
Monitored parking space can be rented for €25 per week. E-charging station is available. Consumption billing is monthly.
Shared use of the washing machine and dryer costs €5 per use. There is a balcony tumble dryer on the balcony which is available free of charge.
Cleaning of the room incl. change of bed linen and towels as well as replenishment of washing lotions is available for an extra charge. It is also possible to have the bed linen and towels changed for €10 without using the room cleaning service. Laundry cleaning utensils are available free of charge. The one-off charge for final cleaning is € 100. All our guests, without exception, are requested to observe our strict smoking ban in the building and on the grounds.
We speak German, English and Russian.
