We are looking for a new tenant for a two-room apartment in Leverkusen-Rheindorf.

The apartment is intended for ONE to TWO persons. No requests for more than two persons will be answered. This is also not a social housing, therefore WBS are irrelevant. Inquiries without personal details will also not be answered. Valid Schufa information (not older than 3 months) and proof of salary must be submitted in advance. There will be no viewing appointment without Schufa information and proof of salary.

The light-flooded apartment has a large living room that can be divided into a living-dining area. One bedroom, one bathroom.

Storage space. Washing machine and dryer can be found in the laundry room and a cellar compartment provides more storage space. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented.

The apartment is in a 12-party house in a quiet location. Shopping facilities, drugstore and doctors are in the immediate vicinity. Good connection to public transportation.
The Rhine is in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment will be handed over unrenovated.

The property is located in a lively residential area in Leverkusen Rheindorf. Several bus lines run nearby. There are several bakeries, doctors, restaurants, cafés and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. There are also two physiotherapists, a green and park area, a fashion store, a gym and a post office. The Rhine is within walking distance.
