The two-storey building was erected around 1974 as a solid reinforced concrete building with a central corridor. Fully renovated in 1996, the building contains treatment and patient rooms, technical rooms and sanitary facilities. Reinforced concrete ceilings. Plaster facade, concrete floors with plastic covering or tiles, plastic thermal windows, thermo-glazed front doors, wooden and metal doors inside, two staircases with concrete stairs and metal railings. Electrical systems were installed after 1990. Tiled sanitary rooms as communal facilities, most of the sanitary fittings were removed and supply lines were interrupted. There is currently no functional heating system. Entrance and driveway are covered. Flat saddle roofs covered with bitumen roofing membranes, rain gutters and downpipes available. The functionality of the house installations is not known and could not be checked. Overall condition in need of repair and modernization.
