The house was built as a low-energy house in 2010. The exterior walls of the apartment are made of JASTOPLAN Therm 010 FSK4* bricks, i.e. natural pumice with a thin-bed joint and integrated mineral insulation. This provides very good thermal insulation in addition to good sound insulation. An external plastic insulation shell for the house, with the known negative consequences, was therefore avoided.
With the exception of the bathroom and kitchen, the entire apartment is fitted with light-colored laminate flooring with a uniform structure (pictures).
