The house was built as a low-energy house in 2010. The exterior walls of the apartment are made of bricks JASTOPLAN Therm 010 FSK4*, i.e. natural pumice with thin-bed joint and integrated mineral insulation. It is therefore a very good thermal insulation in addition to a good sound insulation. An external plastic insulation shell for the house, with the known negative consequences, was thus avoided.
With the exception of the bathrooms and kitchen, the entire apartment is equipped with light laminate of uniform structure (pictures).
Currently, in the garden rainwater collection barrels for 8000 liters are available to water the lawn over the dry season. The containers can be removed if desired.
