Location
Talkau is a small community with just over 500 inhabitants in the district of Herzogtum Lauenburg. The tranquil village is located in the east of Hamburg and has a direct connection to the A24, which they reach after 2 min drive. Accordingly, the city center of Hamburg can be reached in about 30 minutes and the Hanseatic city of Lübeck in about 40 minutes.
In the village there is a nice playground and a village community center, where occasional parties are celebrated. Furthermore, the volunteer fire department is very active.
