The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to live and feel at home:

- A living and working area with closet, bookshelf, chest of drawers, TV, desk and chair
- A single kitchen with stove incl. oven, fridge and sink as well as a kitchen table
- A bathroom with shower and WC in the neighboring room. To reach the bathroom, you have to leave the apartment in the direction of the corridor (see picture with 2 doors). The bathroom is not used by other residents of the house, but belongs to the apartment.

The apartment is located in the center of Mainz-Bretzenheim. The university is only a few minutes away by bike or public transport. The city center and Mainz main train station are also just a 10-minute drive away.
The apartment is very conveniently located. Bus line 57 is directly in front of the door, streetcar lines 51 and 53 are approx. 3 minutes away, streetcar line 52 approx. 8 minutes. Public parking is available in front of the building. Good connection to highways 60, 66 and 63.
There is a supermarket opposite the house. Bakers, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy, post office, bank etc. are also within walking distance. Overall, Mainz-Bretzenheim has a very good, well-established infrastructure.
