The apartment was completely renovated in spring 2012 and is ready for occupancy after painting and oiling of the floorboards. An air conditioning split unit with 2 indoor units (in the living room and in the bedroom on the east (sun) side) was installed 4 years ago. The living room has a brick alcove wall that acts as a room divider separating the hallway from the dining table area. A 1.50 cm wide built-in wardrobe (e.g. Pax from Ikea with 3 elements) fits exactly into this. Another cupboard niche for a 2m+ wide cupboard is located in front of the eastern bathroom towards the bedroom.
In bedroom 2, a very high closet can be placed on the side opposite the window. Two bookshelves made of lightweight bricks are installed in the living area. In the smaller bathroom there is a niche in which the washing machine and dryer fit exactly on top of each other with water inlet and outlet.
Location
