Your 3.5-room apartment is located in a small apartment building with only three residential units. When you enter the apartment, you find yourself directly in the 15 m² eat-in kitchen, which is equipped with a fitted kitchen. From here you can access another room which can be used as a bedroom, office, children's room or dining room. This room also has a TV connection.

If you go to the right from the eat-in kitchen, you will find yourself in the living room. From the living room you have access to the balcony, bathroom and another room.

You can also use the adjoining room as you wish. A TV connection is also available here, as in the other rooms (with the exception of the eat-in kitchen).

Your new home is located in the wine village of Randersacker. In the back are the vineyards and the Main river is within walking distance.

On the banks of the Main itself, you can playfully forget everyday life. Whether by bike, jogging or just with a glass of wine in hand.

In the village itself, wine connoisseurs will find numerous wine taverns. Doctors, banks and stores to cover the daily needs are located directly on site and are also within walking distance.

Randersacker is located only about 3 km from the outskirts of Würzburg. The public transport is very well developed. The bus runs about every half hour and the trip to the main train station takes less than 20 minutes, depending on the route.
