Cozy EFH seeks new family

For a good 30 years this property, originally a small farmhouse, built in 1793 - no listed building, was the cozy home of our family of 6. In the course of the years, the house was rebuilt, extended and renovated again and again. Recently it has become quiet, all children have moved out and it is time to "downsize" according to age.
So the house could also be filled with "life" again.

Upcoming energetic renovations such as heating exchange and possibly renewal of the windows can be financed with low interest rates and subsidies via the KfW development bank.
The district heating network in Fuchstal, fed by renewable energies, is currently being expanded.

The energy certificate for the house is in process.

The way to the daily work passes from here in the most different directions like in the flight. You are via the B17 Schongau-Landsberg, for example, quickly on the A96 Munich-Lindau. You can reach Munich in about an hour. Schongau, Kaufbeuren, Buchloe and Augsburg can also be reached quickly. The nearest train station is in Kaufering or Buchloe (regional train Munich in 40 min.).
