The property on offer is a well-kept mid-terrace house that was given up 5 years ago due to a death in the family. The house is clean and well-maintained, and although a little dated, it is still immediately habitable.
The solid house with a partial basement was built in 1935 on a concrete strip foundation. In the basement, which has a reinforced concrete ceiling, is the central oil heating from Buderus type S115, as well as the associated tank farm with four 1000 liter tanks. These and the hot water tank supply the house with heat and hot water. The cellar is accessed via a hatch in the bathroom. The style of the bathroom is somewhat out of fashion, but it is fully functional and includes a bathtub/shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
The house is connected to the public water supply and sewage system. There is no septic tank. Next to the bathroom is the fully functional oak-style kitchen. It contains an electric stove incl. oven, a dishwasher, a Miele washing machine and an unused fridge and freezer, also from Miele, and is expressly included in the sale.
On the ground floor there is a hallway, the bathroom and the kitchen as well as the 25 m² living room and an 11 m² bedroom/children's room. The attic, which was partially converted in 1985, is accessed via a staircase from the living room. There are two rooms here, one of which is a 15 m² walk-through room with a dormer window and the other is a 14 m² bedroom with a skylight and electric shutters. The roof, which was renewed in 2015, is a pitched roof with wooden rafters.
The windows throughout the house are double-glazed plastic windows with external blinds from 1995.
The house is currently accessed via a shared entrance with the neighbors. However, the entrance is on the local side of the house and it would be possible to separate it from the neighbors. From the shared hallway, a further staircase leads to the unfinished part of the attic, where there is a further 16 m² available for conversion.
The electrical installations in the house are from 2001.

Location
The property is located in the north-eastern Uckermark in the small but beautiful village of Klockow. The village is 7 minutes from the A20 and 15 minutes from the district town of Prenzlau.
"Clokowe" was first mentioned in a document in 1255 and was owned by the Bishop of Kamin.
Today, Klockow has almost 500 inhabitants, a daycare center, a volunteer fire department, a multi-generational playground, a Protestant children's and youth center, a 13th century church and a chic new swimming pool.
There is a bus stop directly in the village, about 200m away.
All stores for daily needs can be found in Prenzlau, 15 minutes away.
