The light-flooded 3-room apartment with a floor space of approx. 70 m² is located on the top floor of a very solidly built three-family house with a good room layout in a quiet and scenic location in St. Johann-Gächingen with an idyllic view of the countryside.
The apartment can be occupied at short notice from April or later by arrangement.
You can relax and enjoy the evening sun on the west-facing balcony. The roof was renewed and insulated in 2018, and the façade and windows were repainted.
The entire apartment was completely renovated in 2019.
There are a total of 24 steps to the front door. There are a further 32 steps to the front door.
On the ground floor there is a cellar belonging to the apartment, as well as a communal laundry room with connections for a washing machine and dryer.

The municipality of St. Johann on the Swabian Alb is part of the Swabian Alb biosphere area and is located around 22 km east of Reutlingen. The district of Gächingen offers good shopping facilities (supermarket, butcher's store) as well as a good infrastructure with transport links to the nearest larger towns such as Reutlingen, Metzingen and Münsingen. The bus stop for bus routes 107 and 7643 can be reached on foot in approx. 3-4 minutes. There is a well-functioning cultural and club life as well as a wide range of leisure activities. Quiet location on the outskirts of Eichberg close to the forest.
