-High-quality Hain parquet flooring in the living/dining room
-All windows and patio doors renewed (triple glazing)
-All shutters to the roof terrace are electric and can be controlled and programmed with Somfy
-Corridor area provided with design plaster and built-in lamps
-Bathroom with natural stone floors, a double shower (shower floor completely natural stone without a joint) and natural stone washbasin, as well as carpenter mirror cabinet
-Washing machine "invisibly" installed in the bathroom, which can be operated via the storage room
-All interior doors renewed
Terrace:
-The 65 square meter terrace has been completely rebuilt. The construction is without any screws in the floor and therefore also "lifelong" durable. Large fine stone tiles (80x80 cm) were laid on the terrace. The south-facing terrace has an aluminum/glass roof measuring just under 5x3 m, which can be shaded by two separate electric outdoor awnings. There is also a vertical awning in case the evening sun is too harsh. There is also a 6x3 m electric awning on the west side of the terrace. The awnings can also be controlled by Somfy. Rainwater can be collected from the large glass patio roof to provide sufficient water for the plants.
Location
The apartment offered here is located in the district Fasanenpark in Unterhaching. All stores for daily needs, as well as numerous doctors, restaurants and schools are within walking distance.
The stop of the S3 Fasanenpark is within 7 minutes walking distance, the Perlacher Forst can be reached in only 5 minutes. You drive without traffic lights to the highway A95 to Garmisch or to the A8 to Salzburg. The distance to the Viktualienmarkt is less than 8 km. To Munich airport it is just under 40 minutes.
