We rent out this fully equipped and furnished apartment, which is centrally located in a very quiet and upscale residential area in Weil am Rhein Haltingen.

You can expect a fully equipped apartment with all the things you need to live, a kitchen with all utensils, a bedroom with a large closet, a living room with a large TV, an office desk with workstation, storage room and a shower room with washer-dryer. The apartment is ready to move into from day one and ensures stress-free arrival and living. Particularly suitable for commuters, expats, interns or permanent tenants. For the necessary privacy, the apartment also has its own entrance with outdoor seating and its own driveway with parking space. Advantages for e-car drivers, with your own 11kW wallbox you can charge your car super fast.

The apartment is rented including all additional costs. This means that there is no expense when you move in and you do not need your own contract with the utility companies. The monthly amount can be calculated transparently and without any formalities.

The basic rent is €980 per month. Service charges are calculated at € 250 / month for 1 person and € 400 / month for two people.

The warm rent includes:
Heating, parking lot, property tax, building insurance, repair costs, janitor, basic fee electricity & water, water (cold/warm) up to 4 m³ / month 1 person or 8 m³ / month 2 persons, electricity consumption up to 100 kWh / month 1 person or 150kWh / month 2 persons, SAT-TV, household waste garbage can, paper garbage can, DECT telephone including landline connection with own number, Internet flatrate / W-LAN and voice connections to the German landline network.

The minimum rental period is 2 months. The specified rental conditions correspond to a rental period of 6 months or more. The costs for a shorter rental period can be found in the exposé under the section "Short-term rental".

- We would like to respond to your inquiry individually and gain a first impression. Please write us briefly about your background, what brings you to the region, your profession / employer, the desired rental period and also a few words about you personally.
- This apartment can only be rented with proof of an employment contract.
- An application must be made by the future tenant. We do not wish to be contacted by companies, agents or other third parties.
- The apartment is aimed exclusively at people without pets and non-smokers.
- We have taken the trouble to present the apartment as transparently and realistically as possible with many pictures and texts. Our aim is to hand over the apartment as if we would like to move in ourselves. Therefore, please take the above points into account when making your inquiry.
