We have started construction and the excavation pit is digging deep. Completion in January 2026, so we cannot yet offer a viewing appointment, but we can offer an information appointment.
Green living in a cooperative housing project. Instead of buying a whole house or a condominium, you buy shares from us, which are based on the size of the apartment. This is an interest-free investment in the cooperative that is repayable.
Cooperative housing is an alternative to rental apartments and condominiums. We want more than just housing. In a cooperative, you are both an owner and a tenant.
Our house
Each family has its own apartment with a south-facing balcony and large windows. Our communal rooms, such as the studio and workshop, where we can do arts and crafts, are also free to use. The bistro and the communal kitchen for cooking and eating together.
The event rooms, where we can do sports, watch films, celebrate together or organize public viewings. We can chill out and have a sauna together on our roof terrace. The children can run around and play in the playroom and large garden. There is a laundry room on each floor and a coworking office on the first floor for anyone who wants to work in peace and quiet.
Our visitors can make themselves at home in our guest apartments
And what should you bring?
You should be looking forward to living with other people in a shared house and having your own apartment. You should be willing to take on tasks for WohnIdee. We are particularly looking forward to young families with children, for whom we have plenty of space. We are looking for people who can lend a hand and have ideas.
This apartment is a privately financed apartment. It is possible to apply for a low-interest loan from KfW for the shares. We would be happy to help with this.
The idea behind the idea
What counts for us is the community. Sustainability and social justice are its cornerstones. We set our own rents.
We want to learn from each other, support each other and have a good time together.
Our house is almost a passive house. We produce most of the energy we consume ourselves - so we take responsibility for future generations.
