The apartment on the 1st floor was freshly renovated 1 year ago and partly provided with new thermal insulation. The floors are mainly parquet, one room with laminate.
There is a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway. In the fitted kitchen (with small GS and GF) the stove/oven combination, the 45 cm GS and the refrigerator are as good as new (1 year old).
The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and WC as well as a washing machine space. There is also a separate guest WC.
A fiber optic connection is available in the apartment; a suitable Fritzbox can be taken over from the previous tenant.

Location
Located in the popular, middle-class district of Schwachhausen (Bürgerparkviertel), the city center as well as the university and the landscape conservation area behind the university can be reached quickly by bike on well-developed cycle paths (in approx. 10 minutes) or by public transport. The streetcar stop for line 8 (three stops to the main station) is approx. 200m away, the streetcar stop for line 6 (to the university, the city center and the airport) is approx. 500m away. The A27 is about 5 minutes away by car.
The stores, restaurants and the small Saturday market in the popular Wachmannstraße are also within walking distance (just under 500m). Here you will find a supermarket, several delicatessen and wine stores, bakeries, flowers, books, boutiques, toys, a pharmacy and much more.
